After only 3 years of living in, and exploring Alberta, I finally get to see Alberta’s Provincial Flower – the Wild Rose.
Here this Bumble Bee works on the pollination of a few roses:
I was quite surprised at the abundance of the Wild Rose here. I’ve covered thousands of kilometers of travelling in Alberta, but haven’t seen these until today.
